Tara Yad
CliENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Tara is a helpful and caring individual who has a breadth of experience working in the NDIS sector. She has worked as a support worker for a range of diverse clients for over 3 years and has been working as a NDIS support coordinator for 2 years. Throughout her work experience, she has managed to understand first-hand the different but crucial roles within the NDIS. Tara is also studying Physiotherapy at Curtin University and is hoping to work as a physiotherapist within NDIS when she graduates. Tara will have the role of Client Relations Manager, working to build new client relationships whilst maintaining current ones.
Waida Waida
Clinical Lead
Founding member and a caring mother of two girls, a qualified medical professional with over 12 years extensive medical experience who truly understands the importance of good quality support care. Waida has experienced firsthand the loss of her son at a very young age due to a disability caused by a very rare medical condition. Waida’s lived experience and loss of her only son set her commitment and mission for co-founding Trusted Care Network to support the needs of members of our community with a disability and their families. As the Clinical Lead, Waida’s role will be to ensure that the best clinical care is provided to our clients.
Sahil Yad
General Manager
Sahil is a motivated individual who has a passion for helping people in need and making a meaningful difference to their lives. Having graduated with a Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, Sahil has worked both in the public and private sectors and has hands-on experience with dealing with different stakeholders. Throughout his various roles with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia, which included managing Worker’s Compensation and Motor Vehicle claims, he has developed his passion in helping clients with injuries. He is pleased to be part of a meaningful organisation that will provide quality and trusted care to participants.
Victor Vasilevski
Quality Manager
Victor is passionate about implementing processes and procedures to achieve quality and excellence within an organisation. Having run multiple successful businesses, Victor brings a dept of knowledge and experience in all areas of an organisation to ensure a quality and excellent support service is delivered to our clients and their families. Victor’s interest in being part of the Trusted Care Network team comes from wanting to help make a real difference in people’s lives.
Seb Yad
Finance Manager
Seb is an experienced Finance leader with over 10 years’ experience working within both small and large global organisations. Seb is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia. Seb is passionate in being able to contribute to an organisation that makes a meaningful impact within our community.
